Aung Ko was born in Htone Bo, Bago Region in 1980. He studied at the
University of Culture, Yangon. Since graduating in 2002, he has worked as a
full-time artist. He has participated in many international exhibitions, including
the Singapore Biennale 2008 and the Fukuoka Asian Art Triennale 2009.
